Pros

Plenty of work to do, you will rarely get bored. Lots of cool co-workers who are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Certain departments are insane about hours, and if you complain they will hire more people than needed so you can't get any overtime anymore. So plan to work 40 hours on the nose or 85 if they determine its needed. There is no in between. Often, but not always, promotions are about office politics rather than the best people for the job. Wells Fargo system authorization will be sold to collection companies. If you owe anyone money, you will be garnished at LPS. Happened to most people who worked there.

ability to work remotely great co-workers some decent management gets you contacts in all the big servicers and law offices to use for your guaranteed future job hunt that's it

Cons

no raises bonuses taken away no 401(k) match constant layoffs micromanagement unrealistic workloads little room for advancement low pay
