Pros

Friendly Co workers makes it a good environment to work in.

Cons

Low salary + Low hikes, no training/career development activities, no extra curricular activities and high stress environment, there no life just work balance here.

Pros

The company offered a modestly reasonable 401k plan for its employees. This was basically the only good thing about the company.

Cons

The average employee could not take advantage of the 401k plan due to the abysmal salary offered by the company. Employee morale was barely even considered and employees were forced to donate to charities in order to take advantage of casual Fridays. Vacation days were meager and the hours were awful.
