co workers were super great office is brand new and full of collaborative areas

Cons

-Doesn't value remote workers - the CEO said in a townhall that only those in office would be considered to work on large initatives -No knowledge exchange - brought on without any training or explanation of Lendingtree specific areas -Has done several large layoffs across company in 2022 and 2023 and yet finds money to give executives bonuses and raises - tells company they will need to work extra hard since people have been laid off but doesn't recognize the hard work that has already been done - turn over is high. one department had 75% of staff with under 2 years experience at the company

They have benefits from day 1. Inbound calls (when they pay for the marketing) The employees are great

Cons

They will not run your payments which give you credit for your sales. Worst leadership I have ever witnessed. Will frustrate you daily with broken promises

Great culture. Meaningful work. Feels like a startup, but with a very recognizable brand. Encouraged to take the ball and run. Lunch is provided daily. Personal trainer and gym onsite. Very lean company with no "fat."

Cons

Feels like you're moving at 500 mph and often spread thin.
