Good place to start a career in finance/loan processing Learn a lot Benefits

Cons

Management doesn't keep their word. Company cuts corners, doesn't train their branch managers well which can lead to a slew of issues, Way behind in the financial industry in marketing and technology. Released a software system for employees to use that made everyone in the companies jobs harder. Get mad if you ask for help. Focus is on refinancing current customer which leads to little growth and makes it hard to reach Managements expectations for volume & growth.

Gain Entry level experience easily in the Loan/finance world.

Cons

Lendmark compared to other Loan companies is very far behind in their technology making it harder for you to successfully and efficiently do your job. Not much room for growth unless your only goal is to be a branch manager.

Vacation time is at least 15 days after your first year and 10 paid holidays off

Cons

Upper management does not help or keep promises. Hard to get promoted. You get yelled at all the time by customers. All management cares about is numbers, they are never satisfied you hit one goal and don't say "great job!" they respond with negative remarks of why all the unrealistic goals were not hit. Employment turn around is high and there's a reason for it....
