Communication is not the best here. I don't think it's to keep employees in the dark, its just growing pains with the many changes.

This is not a company to work for if you desire professionalism, cutting-edge technology, or innovation. Management is clueless. Pay is not consistent across similarly aligned roles. Dingy office space. High turnover rate. Low morale. Low priority for compliance and information security.
