      Experience at Lennar Houston office

      Pros

      I believe the rotational program offers a good opportunity to learn if you aren’t sure what you want to do shortly after college. The program allows you to go through 3 divisions within the Lennar Houston office and gives you good insight with other positions within the company. As for the office, everyone keeps to themselves and the work environment is pretty good.

      Cons

      Only con i could note is that our lunch isn’t included in our “work hours” so if you you’ll either be here from 8 am-5pm or 7:30-4:30pm

      Good pay and easy work.

      Cons

      Constant headache of coordinating customers and trades. If you aren't friends with the current staff don't bother. They are a clique and will treat you like crap behind your back. They DO NOT care about you, only what you can do for them. Rich is a liar and not concerned for his employees well being.
