      Pros

      Good benefits, decent amount of PTO and sick days, fun people, ability to grow

      Cons

      The company doesn't respect or value the marketing/merchandising department and it reflects in pay. Hard to grow in the marketing departments so many people move to other departments to grow within the company. Many of the older associates are stuck in their ways about how things are done.

      It’s a giant company so there is always work.

      Cons

      Low pay, subpar subs being paid as little as possible. Terrible standards for “custom homes”. Overwork their CMs.
