      Pros

      Good compensation, and there are a few solid people to work with.

      Cons

      Lots to say, but I think your mileage will vary depending on what org you sit in. Most days feel like active firefighting and little progress being made towards meaningful change. The senior executives of the company do not deserve the positions the occupy.
