Cons

No breaks during the day. Management only cares about sales Company talks down to its sales team. A lot of meetings, that makes you feel like a looser.

Internal training opportunities, abundance of new roles and responsibilities, good opportunity to brand yourself for other employers, entry-level growth opportunities, long-term employment.

Cons

Nepotism, wage suppression, tendency to add new responsibilities without adding compensation, overly contrived culture, standard operating procedure is an overwhelming job description for the majority contrasted with apparently low tangible deliverable volume for a select chosen few.

Great pay, benefits better than average. Flexible with time off.

Cons

After considerable cool down period, Very "clicky" How successful you are is directly related to who you know and not so much what you know. Top tier of management probably not in tune with how inept the next layer really is (at least I hope that's the case) HR department reeks of corruption, could easily have filed a harassment/discrimination lawsuit but not my style.
