Pros

Good benefits, good time off. Decent work life balance.

Cons

Management overworked, leaves employees without help when needed. Constant revolving door of people quitting. Do NOT value employees. Pay is NOT commensurate with work load. Management does not back you up. Gives you a standard to follow but if the trades complain enough, they get what they want rendering your authority to get your work done, moot. Trades do not respect CCR staff. Yell, scream at CCRS.

Pros

Greatly marketed to show a perception of quality Always openings for new positions

Cons

Bad management, High turnover, Toxic workplace, Too many politics and favoritism play a key role in this companies abysmal review. Top performers are penalized when they don’t kiss the ring and work hard minding their business. Also if you build a pipeline bigger than managements salaries, they will get rid of you so that they can cut commissions again. Commission structures changed 3 times in just 3 months so that the company can make an extra buck in profits in the recent market. They prefer political salesman over top salesman. Management are very stubborn to changing their managing techniques meanwhile job duties and expectations increase regularly so expect no feee time for yourself in order to make numbers. The most important part of all this are that the homes made are cheap and of lower quality for the base, yet dolled up with a nice interior. You can put lipstick on a pig, and it’s still a pig. Even at my peak in this job, I decided a long time ago I would never buy a home here.
