      Pros

      Good pay including bonuses and overtime, and good insurance.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is nonexistent. You must work overtime during month end and quarter ends.

      Pros

      Used to pay better than other companies in Miami. Health benefits are good (bit pricey though). Some people are genuinely great.

      Cons

      The amount of men in positions they are not qualified for is insulting. There's a weird number of them who are in leadership positions who have never even done what the job entails, and it shows in the decisions they make. The parental leave is in the dark ages and there's a big focus on being in office while you take your Teams meetings with coworkers and clients across the country.
