I would never recommend Lennar After my experience with them in Colorado. I was a CalAtlantic Sales Consultant prior to the merger with Lennar, then transitioned to a Lennar New home consultant. I have sold homes in Colorado for 18 years and understand you need to tailor each sales contract presentation in a way the suits the customer. I was essentially terminated for for doing my Job. I was written up twice for selling homes, just not the robotic way they prefer. Good Sales people will sell homes in several creative ways in order to get the sale. My Manager didn't like my outside the box ideas. Selling like a Ken barbie Doll(DR) Doesn't win sales. It actually makes you lose several sales because you aren't relatable and empathetic. Your Just Fake!

No life, you work every weekend and even your days off to attend meetings. Unfortunately they put me in a community that had very few homes left to sell. Made no money but heard nonstop promises of potential. Lots of lies.
