      Pros

      Successful company with strong financial resources and very diversified within the industry. Lots of opportunity for growth or relocation to other markets if one finds a niche and stays with the company.

      Cons

      Very antiquated back office systems that don't integrate. They make up for those system inefficiencies by adding people and spreadsheets. Construction personnel are lowest paid in the industry. Unprofessional, bullying and very demanding leadership.

      It's a job that pays the bills. Nothing special about this place except that everyone's always sick and stressed.

      Cons

      The salary is bad and they don't care. Most everyone is leaving this place because no management.

      Great place if you want solid IT/IS experience working for a large corporation.

      Cons

      Too much red tape, the office was very "segmented" and you could only get ahead if you were in with the right click of management.
