      Salary was competitive and decent benefits

      Cons

      The whole IT department is a disaster. Full of entrenched dinosaurs and ran by insecure, unstable, screechy managers with queen bee syndrome. Lots of backstabbing and finger pointing. Impossible to get anything done with constant CYA. One of the worst corporate environments I've ever worked in.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits better than average. Flexible with time off.

      Cons

      After considerable cool down period, Very "clicky" How successful you are is directly related to who you know and not so much what you know. Top tier of management probably not in tune with how inept the next layer really is (at least I hope that's the case) HR department reeks of corruption, could easily have filed a harassment/discrimination lawsuit but not my style.

      Pros

      Stable company the majority of the people you work with are friendly and helpful. Everyone will work long hours and that is a norm so don't apply if you are a slacker.

      Cons

      Treat your staff well and appreciate them for what they bring to the division and stop treating us as two separate companies. Now that with the acquisition of WCI it is vividly apparent that the former WCI employees are receiving pay increases, bonuses, and other perks while the original Lennar employees are being treated like step children.
