      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity given to employees to grow, company is growing portfolio aggressively. Lennar is one of the biggest players in the home building market, and is an exciting place to work. You get to see a lot of deals and gain a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Company culture and management is not as good as it should be, people are nice but the company practices are too set in old ways of doing things.

      -Looks great on your resume -Met some really nice people in the office -Lots of free food

      Cons

      -No room for growth unless your related to someone within the company -The culture that is promoted has not caught on -Horrible work/life balance -HR department is a mess!
