Pros
Great group of co-workers, opportunity to lean how not to do things. 1st level managers are generally strong however not supported by mid and top level management team
Cons
Terrible management from the CIO down! Politics drives all decisions, regardless of real business needs. No process or methodology within technical support organizations. Contractors are exposed to a different set of values than associates. Ridiculous dress code requires dress shirt and tie for non-customer facing technical teams. LTS-ITS is given the dregs of whatever office space and equipment is available. Contractors are exposed to an environment that uses fear and intimidation to discourage any communications.
