      The pay is decent. There are other departments you can move to if you know someone in that department.

      Cons

      ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Management calls at all hours. You’re expected to give everyone including homeowners your personal cell phone information. You can’t take days off because they will call you regardless. November is the worst and you can’t take time off no matter what. Micromanagement to the max.

      awful management, unreal expectations to keep up, unmanageable work load, barely any training got thrown into deep in, no work life balance, expected to be on the beck and call of the homeowners, managers will throw you under the bus when the threat of a bad BBB review, management makes you short pay your trades, STAY AWAY!
