I got hired and worked there for a week and got fired for " not being the right cultural fit" I asked why not and I got zero answer. I was there for 4 days and did nothing wrong. Of course I had the 1st week nervousness but I got let go for zero reason. Very disappointed in Lennar. I would advise to do your research and has as many questions as possible. They also over promised during the hiring process and brought me on a s a lower position that I applied for. Maybe because it was because of the current market but I am not sure.

poor management, they treat assistants poorly and expect them to travel and work like crazy rather than spreading the workload properly among the entire team.
