Pros

Typical pros for a large company like having structured policies and reasonable stability

Cons

The corporate culture here equates long hours with loyalty. Even though it is against Labor Laws, people here are labeled "salaried" employees when they do not meet the legal description. This company has been fined before for such practices, but the same culture and expectations continue. Management expects that you work any amount of overtime necessary to complete the job. If you do not, then it is reflected in your evaluations that you "do not commit the time necessary" to complete your tasks. More responsibilities are given to employees without any additional compensation. I left this company because I was being paid below market while working long hours. Made a lateral move making 20% increase in salary with reasonable hours.
