Business Outlook
Pros
-Healthy work environment, everyone truly does what is best for the company -Higher ups are easy to talk to and help in any way possible -Easy interview process and great entry level opportunity
Cons
-(May have been timing with COVID) I felt like I was very under trained and had to learn everything on my own. Not the worst way to learn but just wish I had a little more guidance. -No pay increase after first year, not even a performance review meeting -After learning my role it felt like I had little room to grow within my position because of the amount of analysts on team. Therefore it left me feeling pigeon holed in an over saturated team.
