      Pros

      Smart people, very smart, running the company but they are cold blooded, ruthless killers who would screw their mother for a nickel.

      Cons

      Don't expect recognition or rewards even when promised. Attitude is you're lucky to have a job working so shut your pie hole. If you're not part of the area president's inner circle, you are never going anywhere.

      Pros

      Great place to start in residential construction when times are good. Plenty of job perks like vehicle allowance, bonuses for JD Power surveys, and meeting deadlines.

      Cons

      Perks and bonuses have all gone now, and there is more responsibility with less time and resources to do your job well. Stress level throughout the company is very high.

      Some of the smartest people I ever worked for and some of the most professional. Put those together in a good culture and you've got a great place to work.
