      Great exposure; little opportunity

      Pros

      Allowed to see many aspects of the homebuilding and development side of this industry. I was shifted through many different departments and feel like my resume is very diversified.

      Cons

      Although a large part of the downsides to Lennar has to do with their particular industry in a bad economy, I believe I am vastly under-appreciated and underpaid for the amount of work given. In the past few years I have taken on a total of 4 different positions from people quiting or being fired and I did not receive a penny more. Very little motivation to work.

      Pros

      The pay is fine as compared to the industry.

      Cons

      No opportunity for work life balance, constant stress and very little recognition. At the management level there is no emphasis on development, or training. In short, step into the fire and do it the Lennar way or get out.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom to promote and sell the community you have been assigned to. If in a good location, you can make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Have to work both Saturday and Sunday. High demanding job due to amount of responsibilites. Management was not always clear on expectations.
