      Corporate Structure is an unorganized joke

      Pros

      They hire almost everyone. Their disorganization with high profitability allows them to hire people to take care of bottlenecks rather than plan project properly. I've seen them hire 5 to 10 people a week in IT alone.

      Cons

      They are very poor at communicating , planning and organization. IT projects don't have any project plan; Some of the managers are ego-centric maniacs. No personal growth. Almost everyone is a contractor and they don't hire permanent. They like employees and contractors to be afraid of management and hate suggestions that would make the department more accountable of projects.

      Pros

      Inventory always available In most communities to sell to make quick money.

      Cons

      Unethical Management, Favortism towards certain employees, Lack of a Respect for Employees, Dictatorship, Micromanagement, High Turnover, Lots of Stress and Misery among many employees, no voice or outlet to be heard by Leadership. Worst business culture ever.

      Quality has not been consistent with company vaules. It has been embarrassing to work for them recently.
