Pros

Great Communities with good amenities.

Cons

Management does not give a dam. The more you lie cheat steal and rig the game the more you are praised. In this company management turns a blind eye to all the unethical and just plain wrong doing of the employees. Any new sales employees will be completely destroyed and run of by the existing employees. DO NOT TAKE A SALES JOB FOR THIS COMPANY THE EXISTING EMPLOYEES DO NOT WANT YOU AND WILL DO ALL IN THERE POWER TO DESTROY YOU. Being a seasoned sales veteran this job is way beyond 10+ on the suck scale.

Pros

Lennar promotes people respecting others. It employs nice people and they are fun, personable people to work with. Most are quite competent at what they do. The facilities are very good and up to date. The work is quite flexible as most positions evolve into what interests the individual most. Lennnar is quite good about providing training and has an extensive online training system that is open to all. They tend to promote from within and completion of the training programs allows those on the lower ends to seek higher levels. Job openings are posted on internal site that is open to all.

Cons

It is the most undisciplined and disorganized organization I've seen. They have good people running amouck. I was once complimented by a consultant for being the first Lennar person they had seen start a meeting on time. They really lack structure to the point it is like a football team without a playbook, often times having two tailbacks and no body blocking. Their admiration for the unconventional goes beyond good sense allowing the BS'ers and fence sitters to advance and hold positions they clearly have no business having. This creates a drag on the teams making it difficult to achieve team goals.

Pros

Good pay for Miami, people are generally very helpful.

Cons

Layoffs are currently happening by the week so there's been an impact on culture and higher instances of micromanaging. Bonuses are also being cut due to company performance. 5 days a week in office.
