It is more important for them for you to be 8 hours behind your laptop doing nothing than actually delivering results. They hired people for hybrid roles and then change the days at the office. One day is 3, next week is 4, then back to 3, the following week 5 days. There is no clear policy. It changes every time and executive sneezes. Some Higher ups are remote.
