Pros

Free starbucks. Subsidized lunches. Decent benefits.

Cons

No clear leadership. Micromanagement at its best. Focus on tracking what employees do instead on results. It is more important for them for you to be 8 hours behind your laptop doing nothing than actually delivering results. They hired people for hybrid roles and then change the days at the office. One day is 3, next week is 4, then back to 3, the following week 5 days. There is no clear policy. It changes every time and executive sneezes. Some Higher ups are remote.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule Corporate office is nice with a lot of benefits and perks You can network with colleagues learn a new industry

Cons

Witch hunts Gossip Senior Managers not caring about top performers and metrics, but instead weeding out nonexistent problems Deadlines and processes changing daily but how success is measured remains the same and doesn’t adjust accordingly with new deadlines and processes People failing upwards meanwhile talented individuals terminated suddenly
