However, I soon observed significant and necessary changes as the company committed to continuous improvement. Within less than a year, I began to witness the realization of these commitments. While there is still progress to be made, it is incredibly exciting to be part of a company that actively promotes both career and personal growth, striving to become a leading organization in the industry.
