      Pros

      Large company, They offer your normal benefits- medical, dental and 401K options.

      Cons

      The pay is $14/hr. You must work ALL weekends and almost ALL holidays. Lennar only observes 3 holidays per year (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Day).

      Hub selling is different, if you are old school and want to sit all day in one community for months at a time, it may not be for you

      Subpar experience with Lennar

      Pros

      Good training program, although they will not promote you from assistant to manager for almost 2 years with the new structure. Decent compensation and good benefits.

      Cons

      Bonus program is always changing, every quarter. You are just a number to them. They do not value work/life balance like they promote. Your case load will be overloaded or constantly changing (often because people are quitting), meanwhile you will not get compensated for it. Upper management is out of touch.
