Business Outlook
Pros
Good place to learn, a lot of different tasks so you learn a lot and have versatility. A lot of fun and lighthearted environment for a “medical” type of place, enjoyable job, fairly simple amd easy job, I looked forward to going to work amd I liked the people I worked with as well.
Cons
The ou wasn’t excellent at the time, they hire a lot of retail people rather than people that are knowledgeable about optical, they don’t always teach the proper way to do adjustments, the it and benefits are not the best (at that time…)
