      Great technology, fair pay, disconnected & disappointing senior leadership

      Pros

      Great technology, the facility I worked at was beautiful, fair pay

      Cons

      The wrong people get promoted to positions of senior leadership. Those senior leaders are more concerned with their own career than the experience of the employees. If there was more focus on the latter, their careers would take care of themselves. A lack of effective business development has resulted in significant reductions in the workforce over the last four years.

      My overall experience was a nightmare. You must be very tough skinned, and do not expect any appreciation from mgt.

      Pros

      Fairly decent pay. Decent benefits . Very clean facility and all the coffee you can drink.

      Cons

      Mgt. is very clickish, with no work ethics. The mgt. style is personality driven. As a woman if you look better than your boss your career will be short. They don't actually fire you but instead make your work day a living hell until you resign.

      Pros

      It's a job. Interesting job dynamics between organizations. Lot's of potential if the organizations were integrated to work as a cooperative business unit. Organizations work for their own purpose, not as an integrated business unit. Diverse technologies across the corporation.

      Cons

      No growth. No recognition. Favoritism to "friends." Employees are demanded to work extra hours so the managers can meet the unrealistic budgets, in turn providing them with their bonuses.
