Great, smart people. Great offices if you want to go onsite. Free swag if that is your thing. Great concept for an app.

Cons

Leadership is building an amazon culture, which for some would be a deterant. There is a lot of recent turnover due to an internal reorg. Leadership doesn't listen to concerns of those below them, which are very valid. Heads are in the clouds dreaming about tech. What started as an amazing experience and fantastic culture in a quick moving start up envirnment where people feel supported for ideas is becoming a toxic work environment. Company needs to walk before they run.

You make a good point about balancing the delivery of tech that keeps our business running smoothly with innovation that changes the PropTech space forever. Lessen just wrapped up the communication of our Q3 Technology Road Map. We think we have a good balance of both and we are off and running!

Thank you for the feedback. We can always improve on the ways in which we ensure remote employees are brought into the company culture. We recently created the Lessen Connection Committee. The purpose of this group is to create networking and culture-building opportunities in both our offices and with our remote teams. The group consists of several representatives who are remote so that we can get a better sense of what would make them feel more included. Not sure how long ago you interviewed with us, but we have put into place standards to improve the candidate experience, like trying to limit the number of interviews to three or less and ensuring candidates get responses in a timely manner. Thanks for the feedback, we will pass it along to our recruiting team.
