Poor managment Poor training. I dont See this company being any different than others doing the same thing.

Pros

Everyday something new is happening and growth is taking place. Pay is above industry standard and the work life balance is like nothing I have experienced before! Stock options, PTO, many positions are remote.

Cons

With any new start up, there are processes that are being created and adapted but once any issue is identified, they handle it pretty quickly.
