      Great dining benefits for other restaurants.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch with stores. Nepotism is rampant with Rich's kids, if you went to high school with them then you will succeed.

      Company sends you on trips due to performance .

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to manage ...Hispanics are favored more than any other race....doesn't like to promote associates when needed.partners don't know how to hire good acccountable workers. Discriminate

      Awful work environment, terrible upper management

      Good food, creative menu. Nice asthecics

      Cons

      Hypocracy at its finest. Want the best environment possible for hourly employees, treat managers terribly. No work life balance. Cut throat. Upper management and partners are extremely arrogant.
