      Leye provides a positive work environment, great food and service, but coporate is a little overextended.

      Pros

      Employees are treated very fairly, clear standards and expectations are expressed. Employees are treated very well, and open direct communication is stressed which helps create great work environment. We aim to exceed guest expectations, and by exceeding our employees expectations, we are more likely to provide exceptional service and fantastic, consistant food.

      Cons

      We work pretty long hours, expected at least 50 and sometimes up to 60 hours per week. Pay is decent but not amazing. Communication isn't always great, and promotions aren't always granted fairly.

      Pros

      There can be plenty of money to be made as well as the friends you make. Being able to dine at any of the concepts for almost 50% off is a great perk.

      Cons

      long hours and management , plus limit your shifts for the fear you MAY go into overtime

      Pros

      Joining LEYE was a proud moment yet I quickly learned that it was not what I was expecting. Compensation was good.

      Cons

      Upper management was not emotionally stable. Horrible at communicating change or possible upcoming change. We are in a technology driven world and this company needs to make some changes to ensure they are communicating more effectively. This company makes very quick decisions but rarely communicates the decisions or changes to all parties involved, on more than one occasion we would learn of a change more than 2 weeks to a month later.
