Pros

Benefits are excellent with low-cost health insurance and good company match on 401K, immediately vested. Software products are rock solid with very few customer problems. Many customers have used these products for years without any calls to support with problems

Cons

Management is too focused on what the employees are doing wrong rather than what was wrong with the direction they set. Once an employee has proven that they know what they are doing, recognize that they didn't "just get stupid" when things don't work out as management thought they would.

Pros

Good products, happy customers, big player in niche market, rock solid technology. Customers very satisfied and willing to renew year after year. Good company to work for. Recognized a Best of Breed.

Cons

Biggest challenge is management style which became increasingly confrontational, need to work on making business decisions more about customer and less about personal dominance.

Pros

LRS is a very financially strong and has good benefits and 401K. There are several lines of business in the LRS corporation. LRS/IT Solutions is a well established division of the LRS portfolio that works with IBM Hardware, VMware and systems management.

Cons

LRS / IT Solutions decisions are made mostly from the headquarters without much employee input. Focus is on being an IBM only hardware vendor without being able to provide other best-of-breed solutions for customers.
