Worst Managed Company I've Worked For

Pros

Some of the nicest people I've worked for and will remain friends with most everyone I worked with there. They compensated me well. Private jet travel. On site swimming pool and gym. Sponsor an NHRA Funny Car Driver who is the absolute nicest guy in the world.

Cons

Don't understand the words synergy or how to work together. Each group is its own silo and every group with the exception of Education Services refuses to work with the other groups. Could double or triple their sales if they had someone who encouraged the groups to work together and present a unified front. One group sold IBM hardware and software but all the other groups used Dell and Microsoft.

Pros

Great perks: gym, pool, cafeteria

Cons

Company puts more emphasis on material things and money and minimum investment with employees. Staff level positions pays manager’s paychecks through commissions while manager level employees enjoy the good life such as travel and leisure with company time and money. Little to know advancement within company, moderate pay scale. Some managers and supervisors screamed at employees and talked down to them.
