      Horribly disorganized upper management

      Good pay, really easy job for a seasoned store manager, friendly staff

      Cons

      Tons of disorganization and changes at the top. Very difficult to get feedback and issues addressed in your store due to DM changes. Had a horrible HR situation while terminating a volatile employee and very little was done to help myself and the staff. Non-existent training and visual programs

      Pros

      Some what fun work environment. When offered flexible hours.

      Cons

      Management would completely ignore employee availability and schedule employees to work when it wasn't possible due to school. Bad communication, management would say one thing and then do the complete opposite.

      Working with people from all over the world, great work place, friendly colleagues, open minded and thoughtful managers, that actually listen to you! They train you pretty well and give you responsibilities fast if they see you can do it. You feel useful and you feel like you can bring something to the company, maybe the perks of a privately owned company. Working hours flexible, you can work from home from time to time so work/life balance is good. Real internal culture, you're part of a family

      Hard to move horizontally from one department to another but feasible.
