-management was HORRIBLE. I dont know if it was the location where I worked at (Tustin, CA) or the whole company itself, but managers were very unprofessional. One would also hit on the female employees.

Lost some of the top operational people who could drive the on time delivery and quality products. Basics of training lost due to higher than normal turnover and lack of consistent training. In house training services non existent, previous political hierarchies have caused key personal departures in design. All critical to their continued success.
