Pros

Smart people, who consider it an honor to work there Iconic brands Great products Commitment to innovation Commitment to sustainability Very strong company culture, with an ethic to give back to the community and to each other through the Red Tab Foundation.

Cons

Always in the middle of a reorganization A lot of change all the time. It never feels stable. This makes the day-to-day physically and emotionally exhausting No revenue growth in the past decade plus

Chip Bergh is the worst CEO

Pros

absolutely 100 percent nothing positive about Levi's.

Cons

Chip Bergh admitted in an interview he wasn't an "apparel guy". To make up for the fact that he has zero idea how to run an apparel company he just continues to lay off people. 1200 jobs will have been lost this year because he has no idea how to drive profits at an apparel company unless it involves layoffs. Good to know Levi's is being run by "not an apparel guy"

Pros

• Wonderful heritage brand with a rich, interesting history and beloved fans • The chance to work with a few very smart, passionate, hard-working and kind people

Cons

• Insane bureaucracy and politics, impossible to communicate efficiently, esp. with upper management and leadership. Definite corporate hierarchy and egos. * Polarizing views on "what the brand is." • At-times hostile work environment, lots of unhappy/burnt out/uninformed employees and pushy people overstepping their roles and responsibilities when they should be focusing on being great at their jobs. • Little to no support from upper management when roles are eliminated or people leave (and their positions are not filled). This leads to poor work-life balance and morale slump. • Little room for growth. Promotions are few and far between, sometimes seem random and can take years to happen. • Lack of transparency or illusion of it. We're asked to trust the company, but, does it really deserve our trust? • Re-orgs! Lots of them!
