      Not The Place To Work In Technology!

      Discounted clothes and sample sales

      Cons

      The IT department is 80% outsourced and led by a new CIO with no C-level experience. Highly political and a selfish culture ripe with putting others down and getting nothing accomplished. Pure chaos and no opportunity for growth unless you've worked there for 10+ years. Nepotism central and poor treatment of employees.

      Pros

      -You will gain exposure to a lot of different projects and areas, your knowledge base grows pretty fast -Lots of smart and talented people there -Great company overall with wonderful mission and product. -The CEO is great as well and very transparent with his employees.

      Cons

      -Overall management isn't the greatest, don't know how to support you & not much positive recognition, and mostly just critiques not constructive -As people leave, hiring process is too slow and gaps aren't filled -Unreasonable expectations of timelines and performance based on amount of work -Absolutely no work life balance

      This place is TOTALLY POLITICAL..........you will live or die by the word of backstabbing, pathetic co-workers..........passed over for promotion when boss starting sleeping with co-worker.
