Pros

Nice place for work/life balance. Corporate has the right intentions in terms of trying to promote a healthy and inspired work environment. Well respected company that opens doors once on your resume. Employees are dedicated and hard-working.

Cons

Senior Management is completely unaware (or just disinterested) of how disfunctional and unhappy most employees are in the day to day. Very little chance for development and career coaching. If you like playing the corporate politics game, you may do well here. If you're more interested in doing really good work and trying to learn and continue development, you'll stay in the same position for, well, forever. Most people have been in their positions for way, way to long.

Pros

Best 401k I've seen in any company. Great vacation days 3 weeks to start with and 4 weeks after year 1. Additional days off based on tenure. My team has good lower to mid level managers.

Cons

Uninspired upper management and convoluted internal processes. Company is too focused on cutting cost for short term gains, I fail to see what the long term goal is besides "DTC first". Gave me incorrect salary information in my job offer. With recent layoffs, lots of long hours, good employees leaving for other companies because the workload is too high.

Pros

-Good benefits, 401k, free insurance -Strong brand

Cons

Ironically was thinking the same as someone commented below on the 170yrs old startup. People are burned out. OKRs are fake. Energy is mostly spent on presenting slides leadership likes in stead of actual product improvements. Reorgs and layoffs have been going on for a year. Political fights result in endless strategy change and confusion.
