Pros

- Interesting n general because it’s fashion - amazing discount on high quality clothes - cross functional and busy role - very fast paced and not boring

Cons

- inadequate training materials & lacking robust onboarding - ineffective leaders at director level - outdated processes at every turn, resulting in manual work and inconsistent methods. Levi’s is a huge and established company that really needs to invest in tech

Pros

If you are a white male (straight or gay) this company is for you. For anyone else you will be underpaid, paid lip service, tokenized and will not have growth opportunity. White women as long as they play by the rules set out by the men will do okay.

Cons

Low pay, HR allows abuse of female employees, doesnt take sexual harassment, violence and intimidation seriously. The company tokanizes it very few people of color. We were told that there is diversity for women since they have 5 white women in the executive leadership. CEO is either clueless or a great actor. He says all the right things, but it's all lies.

Pros

This is the most toxic workplace, the only pro is maybe the employees beneath management, they are good humans regardless of the director treating everyone like garbage.

Cons

They will mandate overtime absolutely every day indefinitely. The standards are inaccurate and are used to terminate people as they wish. HR has already lost a discrimination lawsuit and somehow is allowed to continue discriminating. The director acts like a petulant child and can not make a business smart decision to save his life, the most unethical person I've had the misfortune of meeting. Mechanically things are breaking down constantly and you will get blamed for it. They control when you can use the restroom. Not a single person in management will see you as a human being.
