      Great corporate culture, data infrastructure lacking

      Pros

      - LS&Co. has a great corporate culture of inclusion - The product and company have a good reputation - CEO (mostly) says the right things - My direct manager is the best manager I've ever worked with - I get along with most members of my team - The digital upskilling initiatives appear to be promising

      Cons

      - Current data infrastructure (ie. SAP) is sorely lacking - My organization leader is very disconnected from members of the team that are lower in the org chart - It is difficult to collaborate with other functions in the company -- either the personnel or the systems are lacking in technical capabilities - The "digital transformation" places a heavy emphasis on AI/ML without first addressing underlying issues in foundational data systems - The corporate structure is so top-heavy that I wonder about my growth opportunities in this position, especially given the possibilities at other companies with better tech and higher pay

      Leaders promote super chicken behaviors rather than collaboration and team work. Political and if you speak up it back fires.
