      Great benefits, 401k match, company events Work/life balance prevalent in some groups - really depends on management Can be great collaborative teams - again really depends on group

      Cons

      Too many egos to deal with - not enough focus on what's best for the company Lots of last minute changes that add to workload and stress. We have a calendar for a reason people! They say they are open to hearing ideas, but feels like lip service. Only certain people's voices are heard.

      Pros

      When i first joined Levi's the culture was very much alive. Management adhered to the corporate principles and displayed strong leadership values. Over the years i worked there the Leadership declined to a "follow the leader" like mentality. Less innovation, more do what your manager does.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership demonstrate that the corporate values do not apply to them. Management say employee development is a priority, yet all training budget was reduced to zero. And once you are with Levi for a couple of years, you will be re-org'ed to positions you have no interest in.
