Pros

The staff and people who work here are pretty nice and you get to go home after 8 or 9 hours.

Cons

It’s extremely hot, your micro-managed, poorly trained, I could tell there were managers there who are comfortable in their positions even though they aren’t doing a good job managing but are insecure about others that could potentially do a better job and take their place. This place is NOT female friendly…which is the reason I left after 2 days!! I witnessed a male manager speaking to a female employee in a way that is unacceptable! I could tell that the female employee was uncomfortable. It seems as is this is the way it works there which is utterly disgusting.

We want to assure you that at Leviton, we are deeply committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and harassment-free workplace for all employees. Pros

Hard to get fired for now.

Cons

Like alot of these reviews state, the pay is subpar if you are a productive worker. However it's fine for the bulk of the people that do just the bare minimum. It seems as the company is looking to maximize production with as few employees as possible. It feels like possible layoffs are coming, or just selective firing. Rumors are we are getting mass surveillance installed befor a working A/C. So the hard workers are just flat out tired. Lots of skilled tech people are leaving for better pay. So the lines are suffering having to wait for help. Techs aren't given the time or resources to properly fix anything. They can just bandaid it and send it to the next crew who does the same. Eventually it become a catastrophic problem and who gets blamed? Those who weren't given what the needed to fix it properly the first time, not those who just want it running regardless. As a previous review also said , no reward for hard work. Just the same pay rate as the ones who need to be fired. I hope something changes soon. But it feels like it's about to get worse.
