Pros

Good people and culture. A lot of respect for 'off-time' e.g. they don't expect you to be checking email on weekends or vacation. Above average pay.

Cons

Management doesn't seem inclined to challenge employees, the work can get dull and un-engaging. Don't expect to be promoted quickly, this is the type of company people get comfortable in positions and stay there. Change comes slow if at all. Big company, you can get lost in the crowd pretty easily.

A subsidiary company in Mexico from Leviton Inc., Lack of communication and integration as part of one same family. Is like half brothers spread all around the world

not the place to work if you want to hide and do part time work as a full time employee, the company is driven to succeed and the team needs full support.
