Pros

Lots of variety in projects. It's a good work-life balance as long as you make it as such (and you really have to enforce that yourself). The marketing portion is self-directed, and the sales portion covers the basics (emails, invoicing, organization, etc). If you're creative and into hospitality, you can find ways to make the job interesting. It's a good starter job for learning marketing and design in a corporate setting.

Cons

Not a ton of clear, consistent feedback on marketing, and you really have to assert and stick to your boundaries re: working hours and tasks. Don't expect a lot of backup when dealing with higher-ups; management doesn't like to say no to anyone, even if that consistently costs them (financially and energy-wise). Get your hours, document EVERYTHING, and move up and on.

Pros

The money is too good, and getting to watch Bucks games and concerts is a really cool perk.

Cons

The management sucks, and isn't trained well.
