show/game/event perks. meeting wide range of guests -always something new and exciting.

Cons

management is a joke. favortism is blantant, and bribery is needed from top management and down if you want to be able to make money. senority means nothing, no matter what you may think or what union says. whole system is corrupt because if you are not willig to play the game be prepared to get the crappiest assignment (aka you are not going to make money) and turn over in management says a lot.
