Pros

Good location team will be key. If your team at the location is good the environment can be amazing. The hours are long, the season can also be long, depending on the property, but having a respectful, supportive team will make it worth it.

Cons

A bad team will ruin your view on the industry. No communication or respect. Everyone out for themselves. Too much chest puffing and saying how great they are vs helping their team members. A demanding schedule and lack of work life balance one would hope that the team can work together as such vs making a workplace unbearable.
