Pros
Plenty of work opportunities, flexible schedule, good place to make friends and decent compensation. It is also a union job which is good in some way however has its drawbacks which in no way reflect Levy Restaurants. It doesn't seem to have that much turnover, you have get a real highing paying job in order to leave because they want their experienced and good employees to stay.
Cons
The employee meals are terribly substandard. Sometimes you have to prod the management to get what is needed for the department you work in. Being thats its a union shop, some individuals take gross advantage of this and are very lax and let the others do the hard work and heavy lifting for them.
