unlimited paid time off is probably the only pro

Cons

10-14hr days for 5-6month Downtime for 1-2 months until gearing up for Winterland yearly bonus is 2-3% The salary doesn't justify the work If you try to negotiate your pay, there is a very high chance you will leave your manager's office disappointed with no answers on how to improve or work towards that salary. If you don't like the department you're in, you can apply for another role, but the expectation of rising in your current position is almost impossible.

Fun atmosphere once the doors open.

Cons

Terrible with payroll. You have to watch your hours and tips. Document everything you can for when you have to go to battle to get paid. Communication is awful. Product is hard to come by, you run out of everything.
